Dimmer's Home Bakery is a traditional European style bakery using recipes and techniques that have been perfected over generations and appreciated by millions of satisfied customers. Our owner and Master Bakers have literally studied around the world in order to bring you the best tasting bread possible. We have brought all of this to our bakery, located in Denver, Colorado, in order to bring you the freshest, best tasting bread.

All Dimmer's Home Bakery products are made from either organic or natural ingredients. We believe there is no room in Real Bread for high fructose corn syrup, vinegar, shortenings (organic or non-organic), oils that contain trans fatty acids, any chemicals or artificial ingredients or preservatives. We produce the highests quality product, so you can be assured that you are eating the best.
